- At roundabout take A627 (M) signposted for Rochdale
- At the lights turn left (A664 Edinburgh Way)
- At the next set of traffic lights bear left
- At the next set of traffic lights go straight over onto Manchester road A664
- We are situated a 1/4 of a mile on the left hand side
