The Rope and Anchor has been lovingly restored and redeveloped. The sister venue of the Plough and Flail, the Rope and Anchor enters the Deckers Gastro brand.
Whether you enter through the restored front door, or the new rear extension you will not believe the venue which awaits you. In the centre of the building is the incredible bar area. With nautical themed beer fonts, and and the Deckers gastro wine cube the bar area is welcoming and is sure to be a hive of activity.
The new extension features a modern fire place and some fixed seating. This room is dominated by the large round table in the window overlooking the unique outside dining area.
Climb the gorgeous staircase to the first floor bar and beyond is the upstairs dining area with the best views out over the Dunham Massey rural landscape. The upstairs dining area includes several sofas and large screen television for a relaxed dining experience.
One of the features we are most excited about is the outside dining area. This area has been designed so that our guests will be able to dine outside whatever the time of year, or weather. The exterior also has a fantastic children's play area to keep them entertained whilst you enjoy your meal.
